Summer at the pool

Kennedie and Kyler love to swim. Kennedie has figured out how to swim with the armbands. Now she kicks all over the pool. Kyler is giving her some pointers.

Family Vacation to Minnesota and Wisconsin

Grandma and Grandpa took all of us for a vacation to Minnesota and Wisconsin last week. They rented a mini van and we packed all seven of us plus luggage for eight days. We did a little bit of everything. We went shopping, fishing, hiking and boating. I have posted bits and pieces of what we did.


Our first stop on our vacation was the Mall of America. Grandpa took the girls on most of the rides in the amusement park.

We took a ferry boat ride to Madeline Island. The girls loved it.

Spending the day in Duluth, MN

We took a ferry boat ride around Duluth. This is the bridge that raises up to let us out onto Lake Superior.

July 4th at Chuck and Karen's in Minneapolis, MN

The girls were dancing to the music on the TV.
